Privacy Policy
We only collect what we need to make your logo and run your account. This page explains what that is, who sees it and what your rights are.
Logos Ninja is a service of Evakos, operated by Christopher Barnard, P.O. Box 1709, Mikras Asias, Palagia, 68150 Alexandroupolis, Greece.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name if you give one, and your password (stored securely by our login provider, never in plain text).
- Brand details you enter: brand name, industry, style choices, colours, your website address and any brand story you write.
- Your logos: the concepts we generate for you and the one you choose.
- Orders: what you bought and when. Card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store them.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the site.
- Basic visit data: page views, countries and devices, collected without cookies and without identifying you (see Cookies below). When a person opens the site we also email ourselves a short note with the page, the country and city, the website they came from and the kind of device. It has no name or IP address, and we do not store it anywhere else.
How we use it
- To create your logo concepts and deliver the work you pay for (we need this to perform our contract with you).
- To run your account, take payments and send order and account emails (contract and legal obligations).
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used (our legitimate interest in running a safe, working service).
- To send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time (your consent).
Who we share it with
We use trusted services to run Logos Ninja. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Supabase: stores accounts and your logos.
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides cookieless visitor statistics.
- Stripe: processes payments.
- Recraft: the AI service that draws logo concepts. We send it the brand details you entered, not your name or email.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- MailerLite: manages our mailing list if you subscribe.
- Our designers: if you buy a human upgrade, the designer working on your logo sees your brief and chosen concept.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and logos while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal information, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices, which we keep for the period tax law requires.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary, such as the ones that keep you logged in. Our visitor statistics do not use cookies or track you across sites, so we do not need a cookie banner for them. If that changes we will update this page and ask first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or take a copy to use elsewhere. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We aim to comply with the UK and EU data protection rules (GDPR).
Children
Logos Ninja is not for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell you by email.
