We want you to be happy with your logo. Here is when you can cancel an order and get your money back.

Free AI concepts
These cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Credits you were given free are not refundable.
Credit packs
If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and we will refund the full price. Once you have used credits, they cannot be refunded, because the AI work has already been done at your request.
Human Upgrade and Premium Identity
- Before a designer starts: cancel within 14 days of ordering and we refund you in full.
- After a designer has started: you can still cancel, and we refund the price less a fair amount for the work already done. We will tell you how much that is before anything is deducted.
- After the finished logo has been delivered: once the service has been completed in full, your right to cancel ends, as explained below.
If you are not happy with the result
You get unlimited revisions on designer work, so tell us what to change and we will keep working until you are happy. If something we delivered is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right, which can include a refund where we cannot fix it.
Your 14 day cancellation right and starting straight away
Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Our designers and AI start work as soon as you order, so before you pay we ask you to confirm that you want the service to start straight away. If you do, you can still cancel within the 14 days, but you will pay for the work already done. If the service has been fully carried out before the 14 days end, with your agreement, you lose the right to cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email us with your account email and what you would like to cancel. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and normally arrive within 5 to 10 working days of us approving them. See also our Terms of Service.
