Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Logos Ninja or buy anything from us. Please read them with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Logos Ninja is a service of Evakos, operated by Christopher Barnard, P.O. Box 1709, Mikras Asias, Palagia, 68150 Alexandroupolis, Greece.
What we provide
Logos Ninja creates logo concepts using AI, and offers a paid service where a professional designer rebuilds your chosen concept into a finished, production ready logo. We offer these options:
- AI Discovery: free AI generated concepts. New accounts receive 3 free credits, and one credit creates one set of 4 concepts.
- Credit Pack: 20 extra credits for £10. Credits do not expire.
- Human Upgrade: £99. A designer refines your chosen concept and delivers vector files, with unlimited revisions.
- Premium Identity: £599. A fuller brand identity package with a dedicated designer.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Current prices and what is included are always shown on our pricing page before you pay.
Your account
You need an account to generate logos or place an order. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must give accurate information and be at least 16.
AI concepts
AI concepts are starting points. They are generated automatically, so they may look similar to other logos, and we cannot promise a concept is unique or free of conflict with someone else's trade mark. AI concepts are not final artwork. Please do not use one as your brand until it has been finished by a designer and checked for conflicts.
Designer work and delivery
For paid designer work we aim to deliver within the time stated on the pricing page, usually about 48 hours for a Human Upgrade. Premium Identity can take longer because it covers more. Timings are our best estimate, not a guarantee. You can ask for revisions until you are happy with the result.
Who owns the logo
When a paid order is complete and paid for, we give you full commercial rights to the final logo and its files, and you may use it for your business. Designers and AI providers keep no rights that would stop you using it. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Free AI concepts are provided for you to look at and try out, and the rights above apply once you have paid for the finished work.
What we need from you
You promise that the information and any text or images you give us are yours to use, and do not break anyone else's rights or the law. Do not use Logos Ninja for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or to copy another brand.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Orders are confirmed when payment succeeds. If a payment fails, the order does not go ahead.
Cancelling and refunds
Your rights to cancel and get a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability for anything that cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses such as lost profit.
The service
We work to keep Logos Ninja available but cannot promise it will always run without interruption. We may change or improve the service from time to time. If we make a change that significantly affects something you have paid for, we will tell you.
Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in the courts there. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can put it right.
